01 = Reset output activated by input to the reset generator
10 = Reserved
11 = Reset output activated by software write to RESET_CTRL register

00 = No reset activated
01 = Reset output activated by input to the reset generator
10 = Reserved
11 = Reset output activated by software write to RESET_CTRL register
