How to Use Emergency key

Use emergency key when the batteries are dead or any electronic failure makes the
door lock not work.
- Please have at least 1 emergency key on hand.
- In case of missing emergency key, we recommend calling the customer support center to
replace entire key cylinder (replacing will incur charge).
- After unlocking the door, take out emergency key from the key hole and keep it safe.
Turn Manual open-and-close lever left or right
to lock or unlock.
- Works without battery
