Indication
Paper jam - Turn the printer off and on. The printer will automatically eject the
paper. If problem is not solved, please contact Customer Support.
Low - The resolution of the original photo may affect print quality. We
resolution recommend photo with 1280x2448 pixels and above.
- Turn the printer off and on.
Printer not - Check if the cartridge is inserted properly.
printing - The printer will not print once it reaches a certain temperature.
This is not a malfunction. Please wait until the printer cools down.
Unable to - Check if your camera supports PictBridge in camera manual.
print from
- Check if the USB cable is connected properly.
digital camera - Check if your camera has enough battery.
Unable to
- Check if the USB flash drive is inserted properly.
print from - Check if the image is a supported format. *JPEG(Baseline), PNG.
USB flash
- If there are a large number of photos in the flash drive, it may take
drive up to a few minutes to load.
