Controller Inoperable, Display Blank

Check voltage
on red terminal
bar between the
outside two ter-
minals (red and
green wires).
Is voltage 8 to
10VDC?
Yes

the PCB at the Power Center will
need to be replaced.
Remove, align and carefully reinstall
the fi rmware chip. Test system, if still
not operable, replace Power Center
PCB and fi rmware chip.
Turn off power
and remove
3.15 amp fuse.
Check for con-
tinuity. Is there
continuity?
Unplug all
JVAs and re-
place fuse, and

turn on power.
Does fuse fail
again?
No
Check voltage to primary of
transformer. Is primary 110
VAC?
Controller PCB
Yes

replaced.
Wires are broken

Remove
