6.4. Setting up the test mode

Set the camera mode switch to the TEST position to start the test mode. In this mode,
pictures or video recordings can be taken or the playback mode can be selected to
view existing pictures. The panel contains six function keys (see illustration) with the
following functions:
• Press the  button to take video recordings with th the camera.
• Press the button to take photos with the camera.
• Press the  SHOT button to manually take a photo or video recording. A photo
or video recording is then taken, depending on the camera setting and stored on
the memory card.
In the video mode the length of the manually fi lmed videos is not limited.
• Push the  button to select the menu language of the MAGINON® WK 1 camera
if the menu is not activated. The selected language is briefl y shown on the display
in red.
Available languages are: German, Italian, French, Slovenian, Hungarian, English.
