SYMPTOMS
Patient lift feels loose.
Casters/Brakes noisy or stiff.
Noisy or dry sound from pivots.
Oil leaking from hydraulics.
Manual / Hydraulic pump fails to
lift when pumped.
Manual/Electric Portable Patient Lift
FAULTS
Mast/Base joint loose.
Tie - Rods are loose.
Fluff or debris in bearings.
Needs lubrication.
Hydraulic pump in need of replacement.
Control Valve not fully closed.
Manual / Hydraulic pump in need of
replacement.
Refer to Assembly on page 15.
Refer to Maintaining the Base Adjustment on page 48.
Refer to Replacing Casters/Forks on page 48.
Refer to Lubricating the Lift on page 43.

Close Control Valve.
