Interrupting a program

A program can only be interrupted
or cancelled in operating levels B
and D.
If the door must be opened for urgent
reasons, e. g., if items are moving
around too much, or the cleaning
performance needs to be checked
(deliberate intervention):
If a program with process statement
is interrupted and then continued,
make sure to check the display
upon program completion. If the
Process parameters
display reads
not achieved
, the door was opened
after process parameter monitoring
began, and so the process
parameter was not achieved. The
program may need to be repeated.
In operating levels B or D
^ Press the +C button.
The program is interrupted.
The following prompts appear in the
display:
Cancel programme (OK)
or continue (Clear)?
^ Open the door a
Note PG 8528:
Which door of the washer-disinfector
can be opened depends on which
setting has been programmed under
"Machine function/Door mechanism"
(see the Programming Manual).
The door on the unclean side of the
washer-disinfector can always be
opened, no matter which parameter
has been set.
The door on the clean side can only be
opened if one of the following
parameters are set:
- Interlock,
- Door clean + Interlock,
- Door unclean + Interlock.

When using the
washer-disinfector as a medical
device (as per EN ISO 15883,
CAN/CSA Z.15883), the door
interlock function should be off.

Caution! Items in the machine
may be hot. There is danger of
burning or scalding.
In programs with thermochemical
disinfection, steam containing high
levels of disinfectant can escape!
^ Arrange items securely. Take all
necessary infection control measures
and wear gloves.
^ Close the door a.
^ Press the +C button.
The program continues.
