Enhanced 4G LTE

The Enhanced 4G LTE network provides your phone with wireless Internet access over greater distances
than Wi-Fi and delivers data transfer rates of up to 60 Mbps. To connect your phone to the network, you
need to be in an area covered by the Enhanced 4G LTE network.

Note: The availability and range of the network depends on a number of factors, including your distance
to the base station and infrastructure and other objects through which the signal passes.
Set Your Network Options
1. From home,
Mobile networks > Network mode.
2. Select LTE/CDMA, or CDMA. The phone will scan for the best available Boost network and will
automatically connect to it.
When your phone is connected to the Enhanced 4G LTE network, the
Bar.
Note: The Enhanced 4G LTE network is self-discoverable, which means no additional steps are required
for your phone to connect to it.

Your User Name

When you use data services, your user name is submitted to identify you network. Your user name is
automatically programmed into your phone. You don't have to enter it.
Update Your User Name
If you choose to change your user name and select a new one online, or make any changes to your
services, you must then update the profile on your phone.

2. Tap Update Profile.

Virtual Private Networks (VPN)

From your phone, you can add, set up, and manage virtual private networks (VPNs) that allow you to
connect and access resources inside a secured local network, such as your corporate network.

Prepare Your Phone for VPN Connection

Depending on the type of VPN, you may be required to enter your login credentials or install security
certificates before you can connect to your company's local network. You can get this information from
your network administrator.
