My Files

Access files stored on your
device, including images, videos,
songs, and sound clips.
1. From a Home screen, tap
> All files.
2. Tap Device storage to see the contents of your
internal SD card.
Note: Different folders may appear depending on how
your phone is configured.
3. If you have an external SD card inserted, tap
SD memory card to see the contents of your
external SD card (memory card).
4. Tap a folder and scroll down or up until you
locate a file.
Note: You may have to tap one or more sub-folders
before you encounter files.
5. Tap a file to launch it in the associated
application, if the file is associated with an
application.
6. While browsing files, use these controls:
Home: Display the root directory.
Up: Display a higher directory.
Menu: Displays the following options:

Select all: Mark all files or folders.

Create folder: Create a new folder.

Search: List files and folders that contain
the keywords you enter with the onscreen
keyboard.

View by: Set how you want to view files and
folders.

Sort by: Set the order in which you want to
view files and folders.

Settings: Manage My Files settings.

Mark files: Tap the box to the left of each
file or next to the folder to select all files in the
folder. Then tap
in the Application bar to share or delete the
selected items. Touch selected to Select all
or Unselect all.
More options: Once files or folders are
marked, touch this icon to move, copy, or
rename the file or folder, or view details about
the file or folder.
To view a photo file:
► Touch the file.
The Gallery app is used to open the photo. For
more information, see Gallery.
To view a video file:
► Touch the file.
The Video Player is launched and plays the
video. For more information, see
