On the ADEMCO VISTA-10SE, certain zone types can be bypassed automatically when the system is armed in Stay or Instant mode. However, some zone types, such as always-active zones, cannot be bypassed. To manually bypass a protection zone, follow these steps:
1. Enter your security code on the keypad. 2. Press the Bypass key (often labeled as 6). 3. Enter the two-digit zone number you want to bypass. 4. Repeat for additional zones if needed. 5. Arm the system as usual.
Bypassed zones remain inactive until the system is disarmed.
