Visually check for
external defects.
Clean up if necessary.
Clean the fan filter

Inspection While the Power is ON (Manipulator is operating)
M anipulator (G / C3 / RS series)
Inspection Point
Check motion range
Move the cables back
and forth lightly to
check whether the
cables are disconnected.
Push each arm in
MOTOR ON status to
check whether backlash
exists.
Check whether unusual
sound or vibration
occurs.
Measure the accuracy
repeatedly by a gauge.
Turn ON and OFF the
Brake Release switch
and check the sound of
the electromagnetic
brake.
If there is no sound,
replace the brake.
