The thermostat in a 2011 Lexus RX350 is located in the thermostat housing, which is bolted to the front of the water pump. The housing is secured with three 10mm bolts. There is also a coolant bypass pipe connected to it with an O-ring, and a spring clamp securing a hose above the housing.
