Format

Please note: formatting enables you to delete all contents
in the memory card and built-in memory, including
protected photo and movie files.
To use this setting:
1. Press the button, press the up/down arrow
buttons to select
the menu.
2. Press up/down arrow buttons to select
the button or right arrow button to enter the
menu.
3. Press the up/down arrow buttons to select「Format」
and press the button or right arrow button to enter
the menu.
4. Press the up/down arrow buttons to select「Yes」or
「No」and press the

and press the button to enter
and press
button to confirm.
5. If you select「Yes」the camera formats its memory.
If there is no memory card in the camera, the built-
in memory will be formatted; if there is a memory
card, it will be formatted only.
