PREPARATION HVLP – HIGH VOLUME LOW PRESSURE Traditional spray guns require a compressor to spray with a constant pressure. Normal electric spray guns have an electromagnetic plunger to spray paint; the disadvantage of this is that there is no constant spray. The spray is actually pulsating.

Follow the manufacturers guide for thinning in conjunction with a spray gun. If in doubt please consult the manufacturer of the paint.

13. Prior to storing the mobile paint station, ensure it is completely dry. This will minimise residue build-up for the next use. Note: Ozito Industries will not be responsible for any damage or injuries caused by the repair of the tool by an unauthorised person or by mishandling of the tool.
MAINTENANCE If required the spray gun plunger can be removed and cleaned. This is a maintenance task and should not be required on a frequent basis. If the paint has been allowed to dry in the paint head or the spray gun has had a lot of use then removing and cleaning or replacing the plunger may restore the original spray gun performance.
