Step 4 Install a new spray pump on the device, install the water pipes at the inlet and
outlet of the water pump.
Step 5 Connect the power cable, secure the cover of the power cable box, and close the
maintenance door.
Step 6 Power on the device, choose Maint > Performance Maint on the home screen of
the display module to access the performance maintenance screen, and clear the
total runtime of the spray pump.
Step 7 Tap Start on the home screen. Ensure that the device is running normally without
any alarms.

9.12 Replacing a Switch

Procedure
Step 1 On the home screen of the display module, tap Shutdown and turn off the device
switch in the PDF.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the
screen of the display module.
Step 2 Open the door of the electric control box.
Step 3 Remove the cables routed from the top and bottom to the faulty switch using a
Phillips screwdriver.
Step 4 Remove the end fastener near the faulty switch on the guide rail, push the faulty
switch upward and pull it outward to remove the faulty switch.
Step 5 Clamp the buckle at the lower part of the new switch to the guide rail, and push
the switch upward and press it inward to install it properly.
Step 6 Install the end fastener and reconnect the cables to the switch.
Step 7 Close the door of the electric control box.
Issue 04 (2022-06-30)
Remove the fastener from the water pump using a socket wrench, and pull
out the spray pump.
A switch needs to be replaced.
A spare switch is available and functional.
