7 Screw the cable lug of the protective conductor to the ground connection or clamp the grounding
cable with the wire end sleeve into the PE terminal
8 Tighten the screw with the corresponding tightening torque according to the table in the com-
ments section
9 Measure and write down the value of earth loop impedance:
Connections for the DC cables

1 Cut the cables to fit the connection.
2 Remove the sheath of the cable to connect the cable lug
3 Choose a cable lug for the appropriate conductor cross-section
4 Strip the insulation from the end of the cable so that the remaining insulation extends up to the
cable lug
5 Fasten the cable lug correctly to the end of the conductor using a suitable crimping tool
6 Insert a shrink-on sleeve over the cable lug. The shrink-on sleeve must extend slightly beyond the
insulation of the cable and cover the crimping point of the cable lug
7 Use a suitable tool to heat the shrink-on sleeve
8 Clamp the DC cables to the terminals according to the circuit diagram
9 Tighten the screws with a torque of 75 Nm
10 Check the connection of the DC cables to the terminals
11 Apply sealing paint
Connection for the low voltage cable/AC

1 Route the low voltage cable/AC to the electronics box.
2 Cut the cable to the correct length. Consider the length required for the connection inside the
electronics box
3 Remove the cable jacket
4 Insert the cable into the electronics box
5 Route the wires in the cable duct to the terminals
6 With a flexible cable, select the wire end sleeves for the corresponding conductor cross section
7 Strip the ends of the conductors so that the remaining insulation reaches up to the wire end sleeve
8 Fasten the wire end sleeves properly on the conductor ends
9 Clamp the wires according to the circuit diagram
10 Check the connections of the wires to the terminals
