Replace the LCD component or control board. (See the corresponding
maintenance manual)

Adjust Printhead Pressure
LG series printers factory print head
pressure adjustment for the use of state

adjust the pressure of the print head。
(Shown at right) loosen the lock nut, to
loosen or tighten the compression head, you
can increase or decrease the pressing force
of the print head。
Under normal circumstances, the print head pressure adjustment to the print
best when compared to fruit position (as shown) if the pressure is too large, may
result in printing rubber roller deformation or accelerate the wear and tear, appear
ribbon wrinkle, printpoor, and even affect the life of the printhead。
Attention!Be careful to adjust the pressing force of the print head.
The distance of the lock nut and the compression head should be about 2mm
(shown above).
