2-1-3. CA Board Error Display

CA board front display
The front display located on the front of the CA board operates as follows when an error occurs or the
warning status is established.
. The STATUS indicator lamp of the CA board front display blinks in red (error) or in green (warning).
. Status indication of the CA board front display displays an Error code and an Error symbol alternately.
The list of Error codes and Error symbols is as follows:
Refer to the maintenance manual for corrective actions.
When multiple errors have occurred, only the first Error code detected is displayed. To display the next
Error code, remove the cause of the first error, or set the rotary switch (S1204) on the CA-65 board to "5"
to clear the display.
When there is no error, the status indicator shows "6600" in IXS-6600, and "6700" in IXS-6700. (STA-
TUS indicator illuminates in green.)
Note that the CA board status indicator on the backup CPU displays characters slightly darker than the
main CPU.

For the error messages displayed on the personal computer (terminal emulator) connected to the RE-
MOTE3 connector or the NETWORK connector, refer to the system setup manual provided with IXS-
6700/IXS-6600.
