SYSTEM FLOW CHART (DME Ver. 3)
Purpose
DME Satellite is provided with the test program for diagnosing the hardware.
However, when the test program can not be activated, the troubleshooting is hard.
The system fl ow chart shows the software's action fl ow after releasing reset and may help you to troubleshoot.
CPU data processing sequence
Power ON (reset)
Release CPU Reset
(Action starts in Flash ROM)
SDRAM initialization
Send Boot and Program to

Boot starts in SDRAM

Description
Cause of stop

Sets L when initializing
• Can not release CPU
CPU port.
Reset.
• Can not access to
FLASH ROM.

SDRAM defect
initializing external device.
Changes to L after starting
External device defect
task data processing.
(Then, all the LEDs
will light.)
Changes H/L every
500 msec.
