MMS
Exchange messages with PHS phones, mobile phones and
e-mail compatible devices (e.g., PCs) beyond SMS character
entry limit; attach media files. (Not available over PHS
network.)
SMS
Exchange short messages with mobile phones using handset
phone numbers as addresses. (Not available over PHS
network.)
Gmail
Gmail is Google's webmail service. Handset automatically
syncs with Gmail.
Internet Mail
Use Internet Mail (POP3/IMAP4/Exchange) on handset.
Set up an Internet Mail account beforehand.
Retrieving Internet Mail on handset syncs handset and mail server;
received messages are also accessible from PCs.

Wi-Fi Connection Setup
Send/receive MMS using Wi-Fi. When using Mail (MMS/SMS)
for the first time, complete Wi-Fi connection setup as
follows.
To send/receive MMS using Wi-Fi, handset needs to be connected
to a Wi-Fi access point. For connection procedure, see
Wi-Fi."

connection setup is complete.
