6.2.3 Time Processing Unit (TPU)

6.2.4 CPU Memory
GD90 uses a Dual Operation (DL) Flash memory, comprising a 16 bit Flash ROM and 8 bit SRAM. DL Flash memory is able
to access one block of memory while writing another block of memory.
6.2.5 LCD
The LCD assembly is a sub-assembly comprising the LCD glass and driver chip on a flexible PCB with connection to the
Keypad PCB via zebra strip connectors.
A 96 x 58 pixel graphical display is used to give maximum information. It can also display Chinese characters and large
numbers. For example, 12 characters x 2 lines or 16 characters x 3 lines, both with two lines of icons.
