8.14.4 Displaying process values T1, T2, T3, T4, HP, LP, %

With the dryer operating (ON mode) press the
1-
dryer's menu of functions.
Press the
button to display the refrigeration circuit diagram and the
2-
dryer's instantaneous process values:
- Value measured by the BT1 probe in °C or °F (Dew Point
T1
temperature)
- Value measured by the BT2 probe in °C or °F (Air temperature at
T2
exchanger inlet)
- Value measured by the BT3 probe in °C or °F (Temperature of
T3
refrigerant gas on compressor suction side)
- Value measured by the BT4 probe in °C or °F (Temperature of
T4
refrigerant gas on compressor discharge side)
- Value measured by the BHP probe in bar or psi (Pressure of
HP
refrigerant gas on compressor discharge side)
- Value measured by the BLP probe in bar or psi (Pressure of
LP
refrigerant gas on compressor suction side)
- Percentage value of compressor operation
%
- Percentage value of fan operation
%
Hold the
button to perform the condensation drain test.
3-
Release the button to finish the condensation drain test.
Press the
button to display the log file process values expressed
4-
graphically or numerically for the last 60 minutes of dryer operation. The
default graph includes traces for all 8 process values.
Use the
5-
the corresponding coloured traces.
Touch the graph on the screen to position the cursor roughly near the
6-
required time.
Use the
buttons to fine tune the position of the graph cursor on the
7-
required time. Positioning accuracy is +/- 1 minute.
The table on the right of the screen displays the process values stored in
8-
the time period selected by the graph cursor in numerical format.
Press the
button to return to the previous screen.
9-
Press the
button to graphically display the dryer's operating range
10-
limits. By combining the evaporation and condensation values, the display
shows the dryer's operating point, which must always stay within the
bordered area. These limits are defined by the manufacturer and cannot be
changed.
Press the
button to return to the previous screen at any time.
11-
NOTE!
The stored process values, which are available in numerical or graph format,
relate to the last 60 minutes of dryer operation. Stored process values that
are not within this time frame are permanently deleted automatically.
