Click on the
Exceptions tab. Make sure that
CiscoMediaPlayer is checked.

Highlight
CiscoMediaPlayer and click the Add Port
button. Enter a name in the Name field and enter 8015
in the Port number field. Make sure that TCP is selected
and click OK.
6.
Click
OK to close the Exceptions window and Windows
Firewall configuration for the Cisco Media Player is
complete.
My devices are not showing up on the main menu
carousel.
Perform each of the following steps until you are able to
locate the devices on your main menu.
Go to Settings > Zones and Libraries and select
Rediscover.
Go to Standby mode by pressing the power button on
the front of the unit. Press the power button again to
exit standby mode.
If using the Docking Station for iPod (MCCI40), verify
that the connector is properly attached.
If using a USB device, verify that the USB connector is
completely connected.
