Configure the IP addresses and Subnet mask settings on the IP phone, firewall,
and IAD card.
IP Phone - Set the MGC address in the IP phone to the public address of the
Firewall router, "201.116.4.114".
Firewall Router -Configure the firewall router to forward any packets that it
receives on the public side for UDP ports that are used for Megaco call control
or UDP to the IAD (8)-U10 ETU.
a. Forward Megaco UDP port 2944 to 192.168.1.2.
b. Forward RTP UDP ports 49150, 49152, 49154, 49156, 49158, 49160, 49162, and
49164 to 192.168.1.2. This will allow eight phones on the WAN side to send their
voice channel through to the IAD card.
c. Make sure that there are no Firewall restrictions against the IAD (8)-U10 ETU send-
ing UDP traffic out on these Megaco and RTP ports.
IAD (8)-U10 ETU - On the Card page of the IAD card web configuration, enter
"201.116.4.114" into the Firewall IP address field. Enter "192.168.1.1" into the
Default Gateway field.
On the Ports page of the IAD card, enter "143.101.120.89" into the IP address
field of one of the telephones, or check the DHCP box. Check the "Outside
Firewall" box for this telephone.
If you use the "DHCP" option, you must set the Extension in the phone to match
one of the Station ports assigned to the IAD card in the IPK configuration
