The current setting is played. Press [1] to change the setting (enable or disable). If the
External Message Delivery Status is enabled, set the prompt mode for receiving
External Delivery Messages (go to Step 23 b) below).
The current prompt mode is played. Press [1], [2], [3], or [4] to choose the desired
mode.
• [1] System Prompt
• [2] User 1 Prompt
• [3] User 2 Prompt
• [4] Selective Prompt
Confirm the entry is correct and Press [5] to accept it.
The current setting is played. Press [1] to change the setting (enable or disable). If Auto
Forwarding Status is enabled, go to Step 24 b) below.
The current forwarding mailbox number is played. Press [1] to change the mailbox
number.
Type the mailbox number.
Confirm the entry is correct and Press [2] to accept it.
The current delay time is played. Press [1] to change the setting. The delay time is the
period of time that must pass before the message is automatically forwarded. For
example, 1 h and 15 min is 115#, 30 min is 30#.
Confirm the entry is correct and Press [2] to accept it.
The current forwarding mode is played. Press [1] to change the setting (copy or move).
Confirm the entry is correct and Press [2] to accept it.
