Configure the Xn120
Time & Date Setting
You may want to change this setting if:

The time and date on the Xn120 phones is not correct.

Time and date setting for the
system.

Year
Ø Enter the last two digits of the year (e.g 04) you can overwrite
the current entry.
Ø Press HOLD to confirm the entry and step to the next option.
10-01-02
Month
Ø Enter the two digits of the month (01-12).
Ø Press HOLD to confirm the entry and step to the next option.
10-01-03
Day
Ø Enter the two digits of the date (01-31).
Ø Press HOLD to confirm the entry and step to the next option.
10-01-04
Week(1:Sun)
Ø Enter one digit for the day of the week (1-7).
1 = Sunday, 2 = Monday, 3 = Tuesday etc.
Ø Press HOLD to confirm the entry and step to the next option.
10-01-05
Hour
Ø Enter the two digits for the hour (24h format).
Ø Press HOLD to confirm the entry and step to the next option.
10-01-06
Minute
Ø Enter the two digits for the minutes (00-59).
Ø Press HOLD to confirm the entry and step to the next option.
10-01-07
Second
Ø Enter the two digits for the seconds (00-59).
Ø Press HOLD to confirm the entry and step to the next program
number.
Ø Press DC several times when you are done to return to the
Program Mode.
Ø (Press SPK to save changes and exit if you are finished).
