Is there an object blocking the space between the remote control and the cradle?
Are the remote control and the cradle too far apart?
Is the remote control being pointed at the front of the cradle where the IR port is
located?
Is the IR port of the cradle being exposed to strong light such as from direct sunlight
or lighting equipment?
Multiple buttons that are pressed simultaneously will not be recognized.
If the battery is exhausted, or if the remote control has not been used for a while (with
the battery removed), you may need to reset the remote control to work for your TV.
