7, Unbuckle the driver's seat belt.
Check resistance between the No. 1 and No.2
terminals ofthe driver's seat belt buckle switch 3P
c o n n e c t o r . T h e r e s h o u l d b e 0 1 Q .
Check resistance between the No. 1 and No. 3
terminals of the same connector. There should be
an open circuit, or at least 1 M Q

YES Go to step 8.
NO-Replace the driver's seat belt buckle assembly,
then clear the DTC.I

Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
Disconnect SRS unit connector C (8P) from the SRS
unit {see step 7 on page 23-22).
