• Confidential transmission feature is a non-standard feature,
dependent on the remote machine's capability.
• Your product also have mailbox capabilities. See "Confidential
Receiving" on page 7.10.
• If you want to can cancel the confidential transmission, see
"Cancelling a Scheduled Operation" on page 7.12.
Confidential Receiving
Before receiving confidential documents, you have to set up the
following
• Confidential mailboxes. You can have up to 10 confidential
mailboxes.
• The password for each mailbox.
• The names for each mailbox. If you do not want to assign the
name, you can skip this setup.
Setting up Mailbox for Confidential
Receiving

Press Menu, and then
appears on the display, then press Enter. The LCD prompts
you to set up or print a mail box.

Press 1 to set up information for confidential receiving. The
LCD prompts you to enter a number (1-10) of the
confidential mailbox.

Enter a number of the confidential mailbox using the
number keypad.
If you enter a box number which has already been
registered, the fax machine displays 'DELETE?'. Press 1 to
cancel the number already registered, and 2 to keep the
number already registered and try with a different number.
If there is any message received in the box you chosen,
'NOT AVAILABLE' is displayed.
