Remote Management

Remote management lets our Call Centre access your Samsung product remotely
to troubleshoot a problem. To use this programme, please accept the Terms of
Service Agreement.

Software Update

The Software Update menu allows you to upgrade the player's software for
performance improvements or additional services.
