Congratulations on the purchase of your new Toshiba
High~Definition
Television. You must have an HD Signal to watch an HD Picture!
Getting HOTV is easy as 1.2,3.
There are 3 basic ways

receive an HOTV Signal on your new High-Definition TV:
Over-The- Air (Antenna)

Component Video Input
ColorStre.arn HD Component may also

used to
receive HOTV.
Use if no HDMr or OVI Jack is available.
There are ] jacks color-coded with Red-Green-B1ue on
the back of
the TV
and HO Cable

or HO Satellite
Receiver.
This connection will require a separate analog audio
connection. (use the red and white audio connections)

using an HOMI" cable and an HOMr to

converter.
OVI carries digItal video only. Therefore. this will require
a separate analog audio connection as well. (use the red
and white audio connections)

carries both digital

digital audio.
To connect directly from an
antenna or buic cable.
Connect the cable directly
to
the antenNi input on the
back of the TV.
Once you have a High-Definition Signal you need to connect it to a High-Definition Input on your TV.
