Photo recording

You can record a still picture like a photograph
for about seven seconds. This mode is useful
when you want to enjoy a picture such as a
photograph or when you print a picture using a
video printer (not supplied). You can record
about 340 pictures on a 40-minute tape.
Shutter speed is automatically adjusted up to
1/1000 depending on the exposure.
(1) While pressing the small green button on the
POWER switch, set it to PHOTO.
(2) Keep pressing START/STOP lightly until a
still picture and "PHOTO CAPTURE" appear
on the LCD screen or in the viewfinder.
Recording does not start yet. To change the
still picture, release START/STOP, select still
picture again, and keep pressing START/
STOP lightly again.
If you press the PHOTO button on the
Remote Commander when a still picture
appears on the LCD screen or in the
viewfinder, the camcorder will record that
still picture. However, you cannot select
other still pictures by using this button.
(3) Press START/STOP deeper.
"PHOTO REC" flashes and the still picture
on the LCD screen or in the viewfinder is
recorded for about seven seconds. The
sound during those seven seconds is also
recorded and the pictures appear like an
animation on the LCD screen or in the
viewfinder. You cannot change the position
of the POWER switch or press START/STOP
during recording.

Vous pouvez enregistrer une image fixe comme
une photo pendant environ sept secondes. Ce
mode est pratique pour enregistrer une photo ou
pour imprimer une image sur une imprimante
vidéo (non fournie). Vous pouvez enregistrer
environ 340 images sur une cassette de 40
minutes.
La vitesse d'obturation est automatiquement
ajustée jusqu'à 1/1000, selon l'exposition.
(1) Tout en appuyant sur le petit bouton vert du
commutateur POWER, réglez-le sur PHOTO.
(2) Appuyez doucement sur START/STOP
jusqu'à ce qu'une image fixe et "PHOTO
CAPTURE" apparaissent sur l'écran LCD ou
dans le viseur.
L'enregistrement ne commence pas encore.
Pour changer d'image fixe, relâchez la touche
START/STOP, sélectionnez de nouveau
l'image fixe et maintenez la touche START/
STOP légèrement enfoncée.
Si vous appuyez sur la touche PHOTO de la
télécommande lorsqu'une image fixe est
affichée sur l'écran LCD et dans le viseur, le
camescope enregistrera l'image fixe. Vous ne
pouvez cependant pas sélectionner d'autres
images fixes à l'aide de cette touche.
(3) Appuyez plus fort sur START/STOP.
"PHOTO REC" clignote et l'image fixe sur
l'écran LCD ou dans le viseur est enregistrée
pendant sept secondes environ. Le son est
également enregistré pendant ces sept
secondes et les images apparaissent sous
forme d'animation sur l'écran LCD ou dans
le viseur. Vous ne pouvez pas changer la
position du commutateur POWER ou
appuyer sur START/STOP pendant
l'enregistrement.
