ZEOLITE GAS FILTER + NCCO Stage 6: Active oxygen reacts with the zeolite gas fi lter to clean out the trapped gases and odours, so that the
fi lter rejuvenates.
• Low sensitivity to humidity.
• Continuous rejuvenation by
active oxygen results in a
5-year effective fi lter lifespan.
Stage 5: The zeolite gas fi lter traps a wide
range of harmful gases and odours.
Stage 4: Active oxygen sterilises the trapped bacteria and viruses.
ESP PARTICLE FILTER
Stage 3: Charged ultra-fi ne particles are trapped by the ESP particle fi lter.
• Traps ultra-fi ne particles
down to 0.02 μm-10 μm.
• >99% fi ltration effi ciency.
Stage 2: Finer particles are charged by the corona particle charger.
Stage 1: The pre-fi lter catches big particles.
The Philips Air Cleaner fi lters many particles and dust from the air, but does not fi lter out heavy dust particles that fall quickly to the fl oor.

- 0 to 1 cigarette a day: estimated lifetime of 5 years
- 5 to 10 cigarettes a day: estimated lifetime of 6 to 12 month
