• Press Two-Way Record button.

• Press Two-Way Transfer button.
• Enter extension number or press
the desired DSS button.

• Dial the Call Forwarding number (2
through 5).
- 2 : Call Forwarding – All Calls
- 3 : Call Forwarding – Busy
- 4 : Call Forwarding – No Answer
- 5 : Call Forwarding – Busy/No Answer
• Dial the Voice Mail extension number.
— A confirmation tone is audible.
• On-hook.
Listening to a stored message
• Off-hook.
• Press MESSAGE button or dial the
extension number of Voice Mail.
Voice Mail Transfer
If the call returned to you;
• Press Voice Mail (VM) Transfer button.
• Dial the extension number or press
DSS button.
