ColorTV, the newGenius Remote isdesignedto operate
different types of VCR's and different types of CATV
(Cable TV) converterswith one touch. Basic operation
keysare groupedtogether in one area. Allothercontrols
are separatedfrom them and arranged in MULTI-PAGE
sections,witha displaythatcan be switchedto cover any
of the four pages. Functionsare arranged and properly
categorizedintowindows,makingoperationsimplewhen
multiplefunctionsare to be controlled.
To operateyourTV, pointthe Genius Remote at the remote sensorof the TV.
To operateyour VCR, point the remote at the remote sensorof the VCR.

This selects the button layout of the multi-page
section of the remote control.
MULTI-PAGE buttons
These buttons change functions as shown on
page 26.
(_),@ LIGHT button
When you are in a dark room, press this button on
the side of the remote to light up the buttons shown
in (_). The light will stay on for about 8 seconds if
no button is pressed. The buttons will not appear to
light if the room is too bright.
