CAUSE
1. One of the circuitbreakers is open.

Fill fuel tank.
Drain gas tank; fillwith fresh fuel.
Connect wire to spark plug.
Replace spark plug.
Drain gas tank; till with fresh fuel.
Open choke fully and crank engine.
