1 0 Repeat steps 6 and 7 to select tracks to
be recorded on the side of the tape
facing away from you.
1 1 Press CD SYNC.
The tape stands by for recording and the CD
stands by for playback.
"r_l"
and "It"" (or "4") appear, and the CD
SYNC indicator lights up.
1 2 Press DIR MODE on the remote
repeatedly
to select ".._" to record on
one side of the tape, or "_)"or
"(_.._)"
to record on both sides.
1 3 Press TAPE II.
Recording starts.
To
stop
recording
Press TAPE II1.
To
cancel
Program
Edit
Press PLAY MODE repeatedly
until "PGM"
disappears.
Tips
• To record with the Dolby NR system on, press
DOLBY NR on the remote before step 13. "00'"
appears.
• To start recording on the side facing away from
you, after doing step 11, press TAPE "qllP'- until
"r_l_," changes to "'4m'-_l".
Adjusting the sound
Not only can you adjust the bass and treble, you
can use the DSG (Dynamic Sound Generator)
function to enjoy a more powerful sound.
