To avoid damaging the projector or lamp, never unplug the power cord when the power light is green or flashing orange. 7. If you won’t be using the projector for awhile, store it in the soft case that came with it or in a protective case. -

Epson PowerLite 76c Projector Using the Remote Control The remote control uses a line-of-sight infrared signal. It lets you access the projector’s features from anywhere in the room— up to 20 feet away. (This distance may be shorter if the remote control batteries are low.) -

Cleaning and Replacing the Air Filter Clean the air filter and air intake and exhaust vent on the bottom of the projector after every 100 hours of use. If they are not cleaned periodically, they can become clogged with dust, preventing proper ventilation. -

Epson recommends using a small vacuum cleaner designed for computers and other office equipment. If you don’t have one, gently clean them using a very soft brush (such as an artist’s brush). -

8. Lower the lamp cover into place. (The opening should be almost covered, and the top of the cover should be flush with the top of the projector.) Then slide the cover closed and tighten the screw. 9. Reset the lamp timer as described in the next section. -
