Removing the Hard-Drive Cage

Prerequisites

1 Remove the back cover. See "Removing the Back Cover" on page 19.
2 Remove the stand. See "Removing the Stand" on page 47.
3 Follow step 1 to step 2 in "Removing the Hard Drive" on page 51.

Procedure

1 Remove the screws that secure the hard-drive cage to the computer base.
2 Remove the power cables from the routing guides on the hard-drive cage.
3 Lift the hard-drive cage off the computer base.
