The WAG302v2 can connect to you LAN via twisted-pair Category 5 Ethernet cable with RJ-45 connectors. The LAN interface is autosensing and capable of full-duplex or half-duplex operation.

The WAG302v2 is set, by default, with the IP address of 192.168.0.230 with DHCP disabled.

For this reason, use the security features of your wireless equipment. The WAG302v2 Wireless Access Point provides highly effective security features which are covered in detail in this chapter.
