To remove an account from the Integration without removing it from Exchange-only booking, do the
following:
1.
Using the Configuration Utility, have the Exchange-Admin use the Disable Sinks action in the
Operations tab
2.
Using AD Users and Computers, have the AD-Admin remove the following from the resource
account
a.
the extensionAttribute1 value
b.
the send as and receive as permissions granted to the TMS-Service account
c.
the full mailbox access permission granted to the TMS-Service Account
To remove an account from both the Cisco TMSXE Integration and Exchange-only booking, simply
have the AD-Admin delete both the user account and mailbox.
Configuration Tab Changes
Change the Password for Service User requires AD-Admin permissions to use.
The other settings may be configured by the Exchange-Admin.
Resource Defaults Tab Changes
All settings may be changed by the Exchange-Admin.
