CPU Assembly
Remove the CPU assembly as follows.
1.
Remove the Graph board as previously described:

top cover

keyboard
T
LCD status bar
T
Sound Board
T
Graph Board.
2.
Disconnect the bridge battery, CMOS battery, buzzer, and front IR cable from the
Graph board.
3.
Disconnect the fan cable from connector P18.
4.
Remove the screw that secures the CPU assembly to the base unit.
5.
Gently lift the CPU assembly out of connectors P3 and P4 on the Graph board.

I/O Board
Remove the I/O board as follows.
Remove the following as previously described:
