Display Problems

Symptom
Nothing on the display, Power indicator
lamp is not lit.
Display has gone blank.
The operator cannot remember the
Windows Me password.
The Start button or the Taskbar is not
displayed.
Display contents are difficult to see.
Display is dim.
The monitor screen becomes dark
temporarily.
Nothing appears on the display.

Recommended Action
Slide the power switch to turn on power.
Press the control button. FIVA's power
saving function causes the display to go
blank if no operation is performed for
some time.

Input a new user name in the Windows
Log On screen, or restore the system to
its factory defaults.
When the Taskbar display is set to the low
