Card and picture exchange

Introduction

Thanks to Bluetooth, you can quickly send and
receive a name or event card and a picture to and
from external devices - another mobile phone, a
printer or a PC - featuring the OBEX protocol.

phone or printer you send the card to is OBEX-
compatible.

To send a card or a picture, select the item of your choice from the
relevant menu, press
Messages and screen animations inform you of the process steps taking
place and their result. Once the card or the picture is sent, the message
"Sent to [device name]" is displayed.
Receiving an item can be cancelled at any time by pressing the

The process is then performed from the external device. Follow the
instructions displayed on screen. In this case as well, messages and
animations will let you know when the item is received: the message
"Received from [device name]" is then displayed.
A name or an event card received isn't actually saved yet in your phonebook or
organizer: to save it, you must enter the relevant menu as described below and
choose to store the received item. Also note that failure in sending or receiving a
card might have several causes, e.g., the other device has not contacted your
mobile within the timeout duration (10" when receiving and 1'50" when
sending), the connection link was broken, etc.
