Names, calls and messages

Introduction

The SIM card of your mobile GSM phone features a
phonebook called
names and numbers of your correspondents. The
number of names your phonebook can store depends on
the card capacity.

The SIM card capacity depends on the type of card you
have. Check with your operator for full information on
this subject.
The content of your phonebook cannot be deleted at
once: names must be deleted one at a time.
As for the
Messages
messages in your voice mailbox, short messages (SMS) to
be sent or read, the settings for all messages including
broadcast messages. You can delete all messages at once
via the
Reset
command.

Text Entry

When sending messages, text can be entered in editing screens in two different
ways: by using T9
numbers and punctuation marks are also available. Icons in the upper and lower
right corners of the screen show the active text mode. You switch from one
mode to the other by pressing the
