    DR-1210C Core Scanning Technologies The DR-1210C offers a simple, affordable way for businesses to convert paper documents to digital images. It achieves fast simplex scanning at speeds up to 12 pages per minute (Letter/300 dpi/portrait) in Black and White, Grayscale and Color. With an optical resolution of 600dpi, the DR-1210C offers superior, high-quality scanning.

    Scanned images are printed to the designated printer The DR-1210C will be bundled with the JOB Registration Tool module to help users create and setup JOBs, such as selecting the desired function and designating file folders. Up to 50 jobs can be registered in total.

    The punch (or binder) holes that traditionally appear as black dots on scanned images can now be removed with the DR-1210C. To determine the location of binder holes (appearing as black dots), the DR-1210C’s driver analyzes the scanned image and isolates the holes from other image elements using a degree of roundness formula.

    When using the BizCard Reader, scanning the cards should be done with the Flatbed unit since the ADF of the DR-1210C does not accept business cards. BizCard Reader can accept up to 8 business cards at single scan, and then executes cropping individual images of the cards, followed by the OCR process of the key information on the card automatically, corrections can be made in the edit view.
