Solution
Check mains water and electrical
connection is in place and active
Ensure that the door is securely closed
Contact your Buffalo Distributor
Check water is turned on
Ensure inlet water temperature is
between 5 and 50°C
Descale the unit
Contact your Buffalo Distributor
Descale the unit
Contact your Buffalo Distributor
Contact your Buffalo Distributor
Check the detergent and rinse aid
chemicals. If empty replace
Clean jet nozzles on washing/rinsing
arms
Clean the filters.
Make sure that water supply is on
Remove any left-overs / debris in
glasses before loading the basket.
Pre Wash glasses
Contact your Buffalo distributor for
details on using the necessary water
softener.
Isolate the mains electrical supply, and
contact your Buffalo distributor for
technical service
Clean the filters.
Unblock drain hose and/or drain vent
Follow instructions in 'Model with a
Drain pump section of this manual
Ensure water supply is open
Water pressure should be 2-4 bars. If
pressure is low, a booster pump will be
required.
Clean water outlet nozzles on the
washing arms.
Check water inlet hose
Water pressure regulator can be
adjusted / removed by component
engineer
