The role of this switch can be played by
the foot switch,
The sustaining time changes according to
the position of this lever.
LONG
SOLO TO PEDAL mode

The sound of the solo keyboard shifts to the pedal
keyboard and the musical intervals are the same as
that of the pedal keyboard keys.
m In this situation, the solo keyboard is not func-
tional.
@ If the SOLO TO UPPER and SOLO TO PEDAL
pushbuttons are simultaneously set to ON, the
SOLO TO PEDAL button takes priority.
What are the foot switch selectors for?
These are the four pushbuttons on the right of the
lower keyboard. They determine the workings of the
foot switch which is located on the left of the expres-
sion pedal.

EXPRESSION PEDAL
Glide
While the foot switch is depressed, all the musical
pitches being played are reduced by a half tone
except for the solo keyboard notes.
@ This function is released if the foot switch is
released.
* The vibrato effect is canceled while the foot
switch is depressed.
Upper damper
This tablet can be made to play the role of the
upper sustain tablet in front of the foot switch
selectors but bear in mind the following special
conditions.
