    KOM (Key Operator Maintenance) Program The KOM program enables the customer (key operator) to perform limited service on the varioPRINT 6000 TITAN Series products. In addition to changing toner, the key operator can replace the spiral cleaners, clear paper jams in the hot area, clean the OPC belt, and adjust the paper quality factor, as required, based on the part life and service alerts displayed on the Operator Panel.
