• Copy of your picture I.D. (Drivers license, passport, regular I.D.).
B) PRODUCT OWNERSHIP VERIFICATION FORM

a "Product Ownership Verification Form".

LOCATING KEY IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS
Key Number
3-4 digit number etched on the metal collar located around the key hole (Figure 1).
This same 3-4 digit number is also etched on the key itself (Figure 2).
